Visit of Archbishop Makarios to Tripoli

The statement of the late lamented Archbishop Makarios during his visit to Tripoli: “The Greeks of Cyprus are blood-related with the Arcadians, because, more than fourteen centuries BC, among the first Greek settlers of Cyprus, were Greek Arcadians. We Cypriots are proud of our ancestors.”
