Arcadia University in Glenside, Pennsylvania

The University of Glenside, Pennsylvania, was renamed Arcadia University in 2001, at the initiative and sponsorship of the Pan Arcadian Federation of America.

Founded in 1853, it is a pioneering university in international education. It is one of the top private universities offering a degree, a master’s degree and a PhD degree.

  • The Pan Arcadian Federation of America has contributed through donations to the establishment of schools and intellectual centers.
  • The Pan Arcadian Federation of America, at its expense, printed the autobiography of Theodoros Kolokotronis in English for the American Arcadians in the printing house of the Hellenic College in Boston. The book released 5,000 copies in the US.

St. Basil Academy’s Gymnasium

In 1962, the Pan Arcadian Federation of America at its expense builds the St. Basil Academy’s Gymnasium and hands it over to the Archdiocese of America in the spring of 1963.
