Visit of P. Angelopoulos in Dimitsana

Visit of Panagiotis Angelopoulos (originating from Vlachoraftis, Arcadia), a member of the Halyvourgiki Hellenic Steel Industry and co-owner of the basketball team “Olympiakos” together with his brother George.

P. Angelopoulos visited Dimitsana to see the renovation of the house of Patriarch Gregory V, carried out at the expense of his late grandfather, Panagiotis Th. Angelopoulos, Mega Logothetes and Great Benefactor of the Ecumenical Patriarchate.

In the photo, along with P. Aggelopoulos, we see, on the left, the priest of Dimitsana, Father Manolis, and on the right the Deputy Mayor of Gortynia, Charalambos Baxevanos.
