Phedon Papamichael

Cinematographer, director of photography and Hollywood film director.

He is the director of photography of the best Hollywood movies. Arcadia is where Phedon’s heart lies. He was born in Athens in 1962 and he moved to the United States at the age of 6, when his father, an artist and set designer, was called to work for John Cassavetes’s team.

He has worked with the biggest names in Hollywood. His fourth personal feature film, Arcadia Lost, starring Nick Nolte was shot in Arcadia.

He divides his time between LA and his house at Leonidio, Arcadia and dreams of settling there permanently.
