Irene Caredis, The Hellenic journal’s cover story July 2023, has again received the title of the US open to the world Latin a champion. Additionally, she also received the awards -accolades of open a Latin scholarship and world pro – Am Latin, A champion at the Embassy ballroom championships. At the United States Danceport championship, she was awarded the US open to the world scholarship and the John Monte Memorial scholarship..
Ballroom dancing has a star on the rise, Irene Caredis has a dance resume full of titles and honors, indicating a successful pro Am career. She is diligently working and ready for what is ahead. She is driven passionate, and committed to her craft. Beginning ballroom dancing at the young age of six, she knew around the age of 16 that this was a career she wanted to follow.
When asking Caredis what the most challenging and regarding aspects of this process has been, she answered: “The most challenging part of this experience has been learning how to accept loss and keep moving forward.”
